Tank cleaning training

Professional RV tank cleaning training

This self-paced training program teaches the complete process of professionally cleaning RV holding tanks as a service.

This training is approved for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through both the RV Technician Association of America (RVTAA) and the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA).

The training is designed for:

  • RV technicians
  • RV inspectors
  • Others who want to add RV tank cleaning as a standalone or complementary service

You do not need to be an RV technician or inspector to take this training.

How the training works

The RV tank cleaning training program is fully online and self-paced.

It includes:

  • Written course modules with step-by-step instruction
  • Training videos
  • Equipment guidance and setup instruction
  • Ongoing access to a private student Facebook group, where I answer questions and add additional training over time

This is not a live or in-person program.

Who this training is (and isn’t) for

This program is designed for people who are comfortable learning independently and working through material at their own pace.

You’ll do well in this program if you:

  • Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Learn well from written instruction and videos
  • Want to understand the entire system, not just individual steps

It may not be a good fit if you:

  • Prefer primarily in-person or classroom-style training

What past students say

Time and money saved

I purchased the tank cleaning training after becoming an RV Inspector and registered RV technician through NRVTA in Athens, Texas. After Sue cleaned the black and gray tanks on our rig, my wife and I began seriously considering adding tank cleaning as a service.

The time saved sourcing the correct equipment—and the money saved by not buying the wrong tools—made the course well worth the price. The training was clear, thorough, and practical.

I highly recommend Royal Flush Tank Cleaning and Sue’s tank cleaning training.

Everything needed to get started

Sue has put together a great course with all the details needed to start offering RV tank cleaning as a service. From detailed equipment lists with links to advice on marketing the service, she really thought of everything.

I appreciated how easy it was to find and order the correct equipment. Now I’m just waiting for my equipment to arrive so I can get started.

Felt like on-site learning

I would recommend this course to anyone interested in starting a tank cleaning service. Sue is an excellent instructor, and the videos made me feel as if I was on site at a job, learning directly from her.

The training was informative, easy to follow, and very detailed. I appreciated that the videos were short and to the point.
